Room Occupancy:

Maximum occupancy per room is three (3) guests regardless of age. Additional charges for children below 3 years will be $5 and $10 for children between 3 years – 12 years, sharing in the parents room. Day use checkout time is 12:00 pm irrespective of hours of stay.

Period of Occupancy:

Confirmed rooms will be available for occupancy after 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. Checkout time is 12:00 pm. Late checkout is subject to room availability. Rooms used beyond 1:00 pm hours on the day of departure will be charged at day use rate.

Cancellation:

All cancellation of reservation should be notified to the hotel 15 days in advance from the date of arrival. In the event the cancellation period is less than the specified period, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Payments:

Rates are quoted in USD ( United States Dollars ). Tourism Tax ( Maldives Tourism Act ), All services are subject to 10% Service Charges. All payments are subject to a 12% TGST All payments from credit cards will be subject to a 3.5% fee.

Clothing:

Bikini, Swimwear, Swimsuits, etc. are restricted in public places. However there is no such restriction in Resorts, Sandbank, Picnic Islands, inside the hotel and any other places away from public view.

Alcohol:

Consuming, Selling and even handling of any alcoholic beverages (Vodka, Whiskey, Wine, Beer, etc.) is strictly prohibited in local Islands.
